Shauna leads the finance and accounting practice of RGP, a global consulting firm. She is a noted subject-matter expert on US GAAP, IFRS and SEC regulations. Before working at RGP, she was Director of Finance and Accounting at Air Lease Corp., Corporate Director of Technical Accounting and Policy at Northrop Grumman, and Senior Manager in Audit and International Transaction Services at PwC.
Jon has over 17 years of public accounting experience, providing accounting and advisory services to clients in the dealership, manufacturing/distribution, and contracting industries. He has extensive experience working with clients ranging in size from $2 million to $6 billion in annual revenues. His focus areas include external audits for private and publicly held companies; internal audit outsourcing services; Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance; employee benefit plan audits; and technical accounting assistance.
Tony is a member of the Emerging Issues Task Force (EITF) of the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB). He has been a member of the Global Financial Reporting Advocacy Committee of the CFA Institute, as well as act as an advisor to the FASB on its project comparing U.S. and International Financial Reporting Standards. He has also served as an expert witness on a number of financial reporting issues.
Alex is a founding member of BlackTower Advisors and has over 10 years of professional Big 4 and industry accounting experience. Alex’s experience lies in audit and advisory services with EY & Deloitte, as well as financial reporting and controllership experience with Fortune 500 companies. Prior to founding BlackTower Advisors, Alex was a senior manager at EY LLP, where his focus was primarily in assisting non-audit multinational companies implement the new revenue recognition standard (ASC 606), as well as the new lease accounting standard (ASC 842). Alex holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from University of Michigan. He is an active CPA in the state of Texas.
